Dee Taylor is founder and owner of Somewhere In-Between, a Texas-based company dedicated to speaking to corporate managers, and coaching caregivers and speakers. Dee's passion is specializing in guiding owners or managers of companies on how to "fold in" or enhance eldercare policies into their overall existing benefits and policies packages. She does this by raising the awareness of lost costs for valuable employees who quit, are frequently absent, cause workday disruptions, or may need additional supervision because of family caregiving responsibilities. Dee shares her real-life family caregiving stories and tells how they impacted her family's work life.

Dee is a retired Regional Vice President of Administration for nationwide homebuilders. As past President of a non-profit company, Prime Time Productions, Inc. (PTP), Dee is an expert on aging issues. PTP is an innovated model project, created by Dee for senior infotainment that uses television/radio, print, website, and Internet newsletters to reach a diverse audience of mature adults, their family members, and caregivers. Dee informed them about updated issues relevant to their aging lives and encouraged them to stay healthy and involved while entertaining them with their peers. As Dee wrote, produced, and hosted senior television/radio programming for ten years in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, PTP was recognized as a local, state, and national award-winning production and communications company many times over.

Dee is a gifted and passionate multi-media talent. She emcees many senior events, including judging for the Ms. Senior Plano pageants. She currently is a caregiver for her husband's elderly aunt and uncle.

Dee has been recognized in an editorial in The Dallas Morning News as one of the strongest local senior leaders in Dallas; was twice nominated for the Texas Women's Hall of Fame for her outstanding contributions to the State of Texas; and was given the first NCPSSM 2002 Creative Arts and Successful Aging Award. Dee was also named in Metropolitan Who's Who for noteworthy companies who have demonstrated success in their industry and the 2006 Honors Edition of Biltmore's Who's Who among Executive Women in Business. Dee was chosen as Ms Texas Senior America's Ms Congeniality 2006 and holds the title of Ms. Senior Plano 1997.

Dee currently serves serves on Ms Senior Texas America BOD and Leader of caregiving group at Encore Adult Day Care Center. She also serves on the Platimum Leadership Team at her church in Plano,TX.

Memberships include: NTNSA, NCPSSM, AAOA, NCA, Women in Film.
